NEET UG 2024 Answer Key Released on exams.nta.ac.in
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the provisional answer key for the NEET UG 2024 examination. Candidates can view the NEET answer key on exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. Alongwith the answer key, the recorded responses of candidates are also available. To verify the NEET answer key, candidates can use their application number and date of birth.
NEET 2024 Fee for Recheck
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has requested candidates to submit objections by May 31, with a fee of Rs 200 per question. These objections will be carefully reviewed, and if found valid, the answer keys will be revised accordingly.
In a recent announcement, the NTA emphasized that “Challenges submitted by candidates will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found to be correct, the Answer Key will be updated and the changes will apply to all candidates.”
The revised final Answer Key will be used for compiling and announcing the results. Candidates will not receive individual notifications about the acceptance or rejection of their challenges. The decision of the Expert panel on the challenges will be final. No challenges will be accepted after the deadline of May 31, 2024 (until 11:50 P.M.).
Candidates are advised to assess their performance using the answer key and their recorded responses, calculated as follows:
NEET marks = (4 x number of correct answers) – number of incorrect answers This year, over 24 lakh students appeared for the NEET UG 2024 examination, held on May 5.
How to Check Your NEET Provisional Answer Key?
- Go to the NTA website at exams.nta.ac.in.
- Navigate to the NEET UG exam page.
- Open the provisional answer key challenge window.
- Enter your application number, date of birth, and other required credentials to log in.
- View your NEET UG answer key.
Candidates with objections can proceed to submit them for review.
