JEE Main Result 2024 Session 2 Released

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for both Paper I and Paper II of JEE Main 2024 Session 2. Students who took the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) this year can view their results on the official NTA JEE website, jeemain.nta.ac.in

Gajare Nilkrishna Nirmalkumar and Dakshesh Sanjay Mishra from Maharashtra obtained the first and second All India Ranks (AIR) respectively. They were followed by Aarav Bhatt from Haryana, who secured AIR-3.

In total, 56 candidates achieved a flawless score of 100 percentile, with 15 of them hailing from Telangana, and seven each from Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh

The NTA released the answer key for the JEE exams on April 21, 2024. The JEE Main 2024 Session 2 exam was conducted in the first and second weeks of April, specifically on April 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 12, across 319 cities nationwide, including 22 cities outside India. The first session of the exam occurred on January 28, 29, 30, 31, and February 01.

The provisional answer key was issued on April 12, and objections to it were no longer accepted after April 14, 2024. In total, more than one lakh students participated in the Paper 1 (BE/BTech) exams during the second session. The NTA stated that 39 candidates were barred from taking future exams for three years due to engaging in exam misconduct.

The JEE exams were conducted in thirteen different languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

How to Check JEE Main Result? 

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to view your JEE Main 2024 Session 2 result.

1.     Head to the official website: Go to jeemain.nta.ac.in, which is the National Testing Agency (NTA) website or the JEE Main portal.

2.     Find the results section: Search for the “Result” or “JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Result” link on the homepage or in the menu/navigation bar.

3. Input your information: Enter your application number, date of birth, and any other necessary details accurately.

4. Confirm your details: After providing your information, verify it to ensure accuracy.

5. Access your result: Once you’ve submitted your details, your JEE Main Session 2 result for 2024 will appear on the screen.

6. Save or print: Download or print a copy of your result for future reference.

7. Review cut-off and rank: In addition to your result, you may also see details about the cut-off marks and your rank in the exam.

The NTA will send the final copies of the students’ mark sheets to their registered email addresses.
