Apple has revealed substantial price reductions for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models in India, offering discounts of up to Rs 10,000 after the highly anticipated iPhone 16 launch. The iPhone 15 128GB version is now priced at Rs 69,900, down from its previous cost of Rs 79,600. Similarly, the iPhone 14 128GB model has also seen a Rs 10,000 price drop, now available at Rs 59,900, down from Rs 69,600.
The price reduction follows Apple’s announcement of the iPhone 16 series. Nearly every year, the prices of older iPhone models are lowered after the release of new ones.
Apple has introduced price reductions of up to Rs 10,000 for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models in India. These cuts come in the wake of the iPhone 16 series launch, which boasts advanced AI features designed to improve user experience. These AI-powered features will first be available in English starting next month.
It’s worth mentioning that back in July, Apple announced a 3-4% price reduction on various iPhone models after the Indian government lowered duties on consumer electronics in the 2024 Budget.
New Prices of iphone 15
The price reductions apply to several models in the iPhone 15 series. The standard iPhone 15 is now priced at Rs 69,900, down from its earlier price of Rs 79,900. Similarly, the iPhone 15 Plus has seen a comparable drop, now available at Rs 79,900, down from Rs 89,900.
The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have also experienced a price reduction. The iPhone 14 is now available for Rs 59,900, reflecting a Rs 10,000 cut, while the iPhone 14 Plus is now priced at Rs 69,900. These new prices are now in effect across all authorized Apple resellers in India, including the Apple Store Online, physical Apple Stores, and partner retail locations.
As the festive season approaches, buyers can anticipate additional price reductions on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. Exchange offers, bank discounts, and other promotions are expected to further lower the prices of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 series.
As usual, Apple has officially discontinued the iPhone 15 Pro models following the release of the iPhone 16 Pro models.
