Aamir Khan gave his fans a major surprise when he introduced his girlfriend, Gauri Spratt, during a pre-birthday meet and greet in Mumbai on March 13. Aamir revealed that he has known Gauri for 25 years, and they have been in a relationship for the past 18 months. Since her name became public, there has been much curiosity about Gauri Spratt.
Gauri is originally from Bengaluru, where she spent most of her life. She is the daughter of Rita Spratt, who owned a salon in Bengaluru. According to her LinkedIn profile, Gauri attended Blue Mountain School and completed a fashion course in FDA Styling & Photography from the University of the Arts, London, in 2004. Currently, she runs a BBlunt salon in Mumbai and has a six-year-old child, according to reports.
